Responsibilities-IT Program Senior Manager Job
- As an IT Program Senior Manager, You will be responsible for handling production hardware, network support, and integrations with proprietary software
- Must explain a strategic, durable IT plan to optimize available resources
- Provide monthly business reviews with the Happy Returns site and headquarters leadership
- You must develop an outage playbook that leverages onsite IT technicians, Product engineering, and local operations.
- Create key metrics to track progress against our plans
- Provide help in preparation for new software features; coordinate with the Expansion team
- Must develop and execute annual and quarterly Happy Returns IT plans

Requirements
- Must have B.S. or B.A. degree in a relevant field
- You must have 4+ years of experience with commercial IT programs
- Capable of working alongside software and systems development teams.
- Working experience in an ultrafast-scaling organization
- You must be capable of working with diverse cross-functional teams to solve issues
- Always ready to work in a start-up environment
- Dedicated to bringing improvement in the environment and a personal, lifelong learner mentality.
