Responsibilities-IT Manager Job
- As an IT Manager you have to drive a team of O365 administrators to effectively configure
- Must mentor and coach a team of technology administrators.
- You have to provide regular and constructive performance feedback
- You will be responsible for staffing decisions, coaching, and evaluation of associates
- Must coordinate administration activities.
- Must Create and maintain all documentation for all architecture
- Management of phases of the Digital Workplace Messaging technologies
- Developing Talent (for managers of people only, N/A for this role/level)

Requirements
- You must have 5 years of experience in managing a team working on O365
- Excellent background in collaboration technologies, specifically Exchange/SharePoint
- Working experience with workflow development
- Expertise in large enterprise implementations (8000+ users)
- Working experience with video conferencing technologies like Polycom
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical triage abilities.
- Expertise in contract administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have an Undergraduate degree in information systems, computer science
- You must have 5 years of experience in office 365 administration including SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype, Yammer, K2 Workflow
- Project management experience will be a plus
- Azure cloud management experience
- Working experience with Cloud security and DevSecOps.
