What about your character?
We have an opening for an IT Manager in England to join the IT function responsible for supporting our core business units. This role will be accountable for IT services delivered to multiple sites within the BU and ensure site-based activities, plans, and execution to minimize operational impact. Additionally, the IT Manager in England will be the primary contact for all IT service provision, from site-based IT budget and cost control to local account management of internal and external stakeholders.
A key requirement of this role will be to coordinate and work with site-based teams to identify IT services growth areas, ensuring these services meet the business. This role will also provide strategic leadership to site-based IT operations and coordinate and represent the IT agenda across all sites.
Key responsibilities of an IT Manager in England:
IT Service Management – Delivering and maintaining ITSM processes in operations and managing service performance according to defined standards and SLAs. IT Supplier Management – Management of IT suppliers within the scope of responsibility. IT Product Management – Management of IT products within the scope of responsibility. IT implementation
– Direct and self-solution design and delivery of IT solutions, services, and processes within the scope of responsibility.
What are the requirements?
For IT Manager in England, it is important that [you] have experience in the logistics industry and have at least 7+ years of relevant IT experience, including people management experience.
