About The Role

In this role’s(IT Infrastructure Project Manager) purpose, you will be responsible for a broad portfolio of infrastructure projects, including technology upgrades, server migrations, and cloud implementations. Supporting infrastructure and cloud services, you will also be responsible for project managing site commissioning, decommissioning and upgrades, and any other IT infrastructure projects required by the Paragon business.

RESPONSIBILITIES of IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Drive all assigned projects from concept to close, deliver on time, within budget and scope; act as stakeholder liaison to ensure proper communication, coordination of activities, Scope management, change control, issue management, risk management, deliverable quality assurance, and milestone achievement reviews to ensure scope alignment with a project and other delivery pipelines for infrastructure and cloud services. Interact with the management team and user base, providing experience and expertise to assist in the management of In conducting requirements gathering and process analysis and mapping

about you

Skills Required for IT Infrastructure Project Manager:

At least five years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, ideally coming from a technical background. Great leadership and IT project management skills with experience in a multi-methodology (PRINCE2, Agile) regulated environment preferred Project management skills.

For IT Infrastructure Project Manager you have Excellent communication skills: influence, collaboration, conflict resolution, and expectation management to work with diverse IT and business teams to deliver results. Exceptional leadership skills and motivation to grow within the organization Ability and experience IT Experience working in infrastructure project management, with a Technical background, ideally with an appropriate degree or relevant experience. Working hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. We have a hybrid working pattern which will be discussed in the interview.
