- Position: IT Help Desk Support
- 12 Months Contract
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- High school diploma and Comp TIA A+ Active;
- Associate degree in an Information Technology field and Network+ or Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) preferred.
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible proficiency in applied technology customer service or equivalent law enforcement environment;
- Compensating proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, proficiency with Windows compatible hardware troubleshooting and repair;
- MacOS and Android troubleshooting experience is a plus. Ability to supply end-user instruction and support.
- Possess and keep a valid Florida driver’s license throughout employment without any restrictions that affect job performance.
