RESPONSIBILITIES-IT HELP DESK SUPPORT IN GERMANY
- As an IT help desk support in Germany, you will be a contact person for all IT questions related to our organization
- You have to support the central checkout system in 1st and 2nd line support and transfer all calls to 3rd line support according to internal specifications
- Must handle the fast registration and give rapid response to customer requests and inquiries
- In a weekly rotating rotation, you will take over the (on-call) standby service at weekends and in the evenings
- You will be responsible for the administration of the operating and application systems that include MS Windows, Active Directory and MS Office
- Capable to support different IT projects

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have successfully completed training in the IT environment and have initial professional experience in IT support
- Excellent knowledge of the Windows environment
- An ITIL certification required
- Superb communication skills
