Responsibilities-IT Help Desk Specialist Job
- As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you must provide technical support (hardware and software) in a 1000+ user global environment.
- You have to monitor production systems.
- Must sort out alerts, tickets, and other inquiries
- Installing hardware, software, and networks and their configuration
- Monitor all troubleshooting problems
- You have to maintain documentation.
- Must manage and support A/V conference systems for company meetings (Zoom, Google Hangouts)
- Design a new IT system
- Organize and support worldwide company events
- You have to Work 5 days a week from the office

Requirements
- Must have 1-year hands-on experience in Helpdesk teams in a domain environment
- MCSA\CCNA certification
- Working experience in troubleshooting Windows and Mac’s technical problems
- Expertise in troubleshooting and configuring SaaS application technical issues
- Excellent communication skills.
- You must be a great problem solver.
