Requirements-IT Help desk Specialist Job
- As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you must answer helpdesk calls and give end-user support for computer hardware and software.
- You have to execute network systems, including configurations.
- Must handle troubleshooting network problems
- Image workstations and laptops for deployment to end users.
- Reset passwords in the active directory.
- Ability to install and support Anti-virus software
- Capable of installation and support of Anti-malware software

Experience and Qualifications
- You must have a High school diploma or GED.
- Must have two years of related technical support experience.
- Working experience in a full range of technology platforms
- Superb understanding of computing processes and technology, including services, gateways, communications equipment, software, and hardware.
- Expertise in Windows operating system installation and support.
- Must have expertise in Microsoft O365 installation and support.
