The primary goal of the role is to provide first-time resolution
IT Help Desk will achieve it by compensating, resolving, and diagnosing problems at the first point of contact and escalating the fault to one of our 2nd level specialist teams to determine and investigate.
Throughout this procedure, you will remain the single point of contact with the user, supporting the ownership of the original fault, performing as the critical point of contact with the customer, providing timely updates, and ensuring the responsibility is provided to the correct level of priority and attention.
It is a demanding support position that calls for magnificent customer service skills, the proficiency to articulate solutions clearly and secretly to the end user, and a high degree of technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies and products in the office 365 suits.
