Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a large organization for an IT Finance Manager; the role is fully remote but may require some travel to Bristol (not frequent).
Role As IT Finance Manager in Bristol:
As IT Finance Manager in Bristol, you will be responsible for the following:
The primary purpose of this role is to act as the central point of contact for all IT charges to and from the sector as well as functional reporting to the group.
As IT Finance Manager in Bristol Manage the finances and day-to-day issues of a multi-site operation.
Coordinating the preparation of month-end financial accounts, ensuring adherence to corporate deadlines and international accounting standards.
Coordinate quarterly forecasting and budgeting processes.
To monitor the IT cost recharge process, ensuring that all costs are recharged to the correct site/business unit on an agreed timetable.
Act as the central point of contact for the business unit and site finance to guide all IT-related financial matters, including but not limited to bid support and contract cost certificates.
To meet internal and external audit requirements.
Heavy involvement in divisional and departmental cost-saving initiatives.
Improved functional cost reporting to the group
Required Experience/Qualifications for IT Finance Manager in Bristol:
Fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA (or equivalent)
Good attention to detail, analysis and ability to deal with large amounts of data
Confident, good communicator and able to work with staff at different levels
Hardworking and deadline oriented
Able to motivate yourself and those around you
Experience implementing cost-reduction initiatives
Experience working in a finance team within a large organization would be beneficial.
