Due to exceptional growth, SCC, Europe’s largest privately owned IT organization, seeks a IT Field Support Engineer in Maidstone to join its highly skilled and motivated team.
This is a remote/field-based role with a competitive starting salary and a company vehicle. Standard hours are 9 am-5.30 pm, and there will be an out-of-hours rota which will provide an opportunity for additional and overtime payments.

Role As IT Field Support Engineer in Maidstone:
As a IT Field Support Engineer in Maidstone your role will be attending a range of customer sites to provide high-quality support on IT hardware and software products within required service level agreements.
Work efficiently and proactively to provide IT support services to a wide portfolio of customers.
Using your strong technical and customer service skills, you will ensure that customer issues are handled professionally and promptly.
