Responsibilities-IT Data Center Technician Job
- As an IT Data Center Technician, you must perform hardware and cable installations, including troubleshooting and testing.
- You have to coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Must perform remote hands support
- You will be responsible for granting site access to vendors requiring Data Center access for approved activities.
- Must Support Service Management and related processes by developing, updating, approving, and closing associated assigned tickets.
- Make sure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are always prepared.
- Provide Technical guidance and training to coworkers.

Qualifications
- It would be best if you had High School Diploma; an associate’s Degree is preferred. 2-4 years of experience in computer science and business management
- Strong communication skills
- Must have training in the installation of fiber-structured cabling systems,
- Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles is required.
- Capable of solving problems in typical situations.
- Basic analytical skills are needed.
- Always ready to learn new technologies.
- Decisions made with a general understanding of procedures and company policies
