YOUR TASK-IT CONSULTANT IN GERMANY
- Must provide First and second level user support
- As an IT consultant in Germany, you have to manage and restore the hardware and software
- Conduct analysis, identify the solution and maintain documentation of user problems on site
- You will be responsible for customer support
- Capable to make plan and configuration of IT systems
- Develop and execution of new ideas for the introduction and operation of server and storage systems

YOUR PROFILE
- Must have completed training in the IT environment
- Able to handle VMware, Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016 & 2019 and Linux safely
- Expertise required in the field of IT security and network technologies
- Ability to use Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016/2019
- Expertise in Office365 and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- You have to work carefully
- Determination to develop yourself further
