Principal Duties and Responsibilities for IT Applications Developer in Uk:
The role of a manufacturing IT Applications Developer in Uk is primarily to develop software that focuses on the control of manufacturing equipment and interaction with other related systems.
A typical piece of software for controlling a manufacturing tool uses a common framework to do the following:
Prepare checks to ensure equipment is ready to operate successfully. Collect data on production runs Select correct manufacturing processes to run production Interacting with other systems to support the overall process to ensure that a quality product is produced, including Selecting manufacturing lots for processing Updating processing status on manufacturing execution systems After intervention on equipment Determining the tasks to be performed.
The IT Applications Developer in Uk will work on projects that involve the full development of a manufacturing toolset from inception to successful deployment.
This will involve working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth introduction of tools in the manufacturing area and subsequently increase their capacity.
In addition, development activities are carried out on other applications and analysis solutions in the works at the site.
Qualifications/Experience Required for IT Applications Developer in Uk:
