In the role, you’ll

As an International Payroll Senior Manager, you have the following roles.

1. Oversee the global payroll process for our organization, handling payroll operations across multiple countries.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all payroll-related documentation.
3. Review and approve payroll reports, verifying the integrity of data.
5. Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements in multiple countries.
6. Lead and guided a team of local payroll managers and administrators.
7. Collaborate with departments such as People, Finance, and Operations to align and optimize payroll processes.
8. Address employee inquiries and provide support regarding payroll matters.

Requirements

You must fulfill the following requirements for the International Payroll Senior Manager.

1. 7+ years of extensive experience in global payroll management.
2. Bilingual proficiency in both French and English languages.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams and cultures.
