It is a B2B digital role, helping the digital delivery team strategically and day-to-day, and life BY stakeholder management, while advancing investment in the intermediary digital platform (Connect). This role includes all LifeBU products including pension / wealth, health and security. It supports dynamic, high-quality delivery by overcoming barriers, providing leadership and direction to the Connect delivery team, tailoring needs and prioritising roadmaps.The roleholder will interface with the Business Unit (BU) and operational stakeholders and ensure that BUs provide adequate scope, risk management, and BUs improve delivery with the appropriate ‘go to market’ plan. This role will include an operational lens, which will help reduce intermediate telephone volume and increase OPEX savings.

 A bit about work:

Platform and Delivery Roadmap Accountability Business liaison, interpreting requirements and liaising with them in the Platform PO team across various programs and sources of funding responsible for end-to-end mediation experience and quality of customer outcomes Leading, resolving issues including resourcing accordingly to improve delivery output Interface in BU, Ops and CMO areas to ensure the best start and ongoing campaign 

The skills and experience we are looking for:

Experience in digital delivery, including successful product owner track record, is essential. Subject experience is preferred. High quality friction free CX is required. Degree or equivalent product owner qualification
