Responsibilities-Information Systems Technician II
- As an Information Systems Technician II, you will be the first point of contact for employees needing technical assistance
- · You will provide incident resolution using our helpdesk software
- · Must Follow standard helpdesk procedures, which include logging all helpdesk interactions using tickets, keeping tickets current, and documenting problem resolutions
- · Dig out and resolve employee workstation issues by using advanced troubleshooting skills
- · Develop, enable, and remove domain user accounts to maintain network security
- · You have to manage workstations, applications, and services, including e-mail, printing, and associated operating systems
- · Must Installs, upgrades, and troubleshoots desktop and laptop workstations
- · Configures, maintains, and supports network printers
- · Help in creating strategies and capacity planning to meet future computer hardware requirements
- · You have to help in developing and updating processes that bring improvements in the efficiency of the IS support team’s work

Required Qualifications
- Must have High School Degree
