THE ROLE of Information Communication Technology:
- We are looking for an Information Communication Technology (ICT) Manager to manage Information Applications and the ICT frame structure KD Bus operations, as well as Keolis Downer Corporal Head Office, to streamline where relevant.
- The job spans application architecture, business architecture, solution architecture, application, and infrastructure design and implementation including Service management agreements and associated negotiation and management, application acceptance and testing, including ongoing maintenance.
- The role is both operational and strategic, with responsibility for the concept and selection of applications to support future business improvements and current business operations, as well as requiring first-hand transactional expertise in a day-to-day capacity.
- Complete project management of the business from formation to delivery will also be a key element of this role.
Qualification and Skills for Information Communication Technolog job :
- University qualifications in InformationTechnology,
- Outstanding authentic experience related to this discipline.
- ITIL Certification is highly advisable.
- Sound understanding and proficiency in the adoption and application of IT framework.
Library practices:
- Professionalism in practical and strategic management of Information Communication Technology ( ICT) framework, operations and service delivery
- Sound knowledge of change and project management processes.
- Proven experience in incident management and remediation.
- Authenticate proficiency in uplifting all over system security to identify and reduce the risk of cybersecurity threats.
- Authenticate performance history of successful delivery of ICT projects and services in a multiplexed environment, especially ERP implementation.
- Knowledge and experience in delivering and managing cloud-based applications.
- Authenticate experience in the management of outsourced service contributors, including product cost control.
