Job description:
Purpose: To grow and support UnityHealth’s central application systems for its users and registered members, cooperating with administration and providing solutions according to the requirements of the business, within time, cost and standard reporting to: The job reports to the Chief Administrative Officer.
Qualifications and Needs for ICT Programmer:
Relevant tertiary education in Information and Technology.
At least two (2) years of work proficiency in Java, Javascript, CSS3, HTML5, Angular, Spring JPA (Hibernate), MYSQL, and SQL.
Roles and Responsibility of ICT Programmer:
- Collaborate with the business experts to interpret and assure project needs by reviewing program goals, input data, and output needs with an analyzer, Mentor, and user.
- Administer project needs in programming sequence by researching and scanning the current systems.
- ICT programmer Assisting with requirements and formulating a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer proficiency, programming language, subject matter, and logic for JSP, Java, Linux, Unix, Operating Systems, and Network OS.
- Training and Coaching in Angular 2+ technology are in progress.
- Encodes project needs by translating workflow information into computer language.
- Write program code to generate or modify existing software implementations and IT procedures according to project needs.
- Assure program operation by managing unit tests for the software implementation and adjusting program sequence or codes.
- Mention technical documentation and user mechanism.
- Action and supports all work queries in JIRA and historical records by documenting program improvement and repetitions.
- Deliver implementations and IT technical support to the Customer Services team experts.
- Confirms continued operation of cloud-based implementations by attending to system alerts, diagnosing malfunctions, coordinating with senior IT personnel or other support members, and assessing new equipment and procedures.
- Supports professional and technical understandings by reviewing professional Publication; conducting personal networks; Taking part in internal design training.
- Offer Customer training, maintenance, and feedback, as well as formulating references for customers by writing operating guidelines. Provides team effort by completing related results as required.
- Updates, Writes and maintains technical programs, end-user documentation, and operational mechanism.
