YOUR TASKS–HEAD OF UX/UI
- As a head of UX/UI you will be responsible for a superb user experience and user interface for a new areas of modern business software
- With your team you have to give a clear design language that guides Xentral’s users to day to day customer success
- You have to guide team and progress towards development
- Develop a strong team culture that makes a collaborative and open environment
- Execution of testing mechanisms
- Work with your team to do some hands-on design work
YOUR PROFILE
- As a head of UX/UI you are a senior professional so you must have experience in the field of UX / UI Design
- Must have a strong knowledge in owning responsibility for UI/UX
- Expertise in managing design teams and projects
- Target your goals and strategies, plus guide the team on the right path
- You have a strong hands-on mentality and no problem with being pragmatic at times
- Fluency in English and German language is a plus
- Must be capable to manage difficult business/process products with simple UI/UX Solutions
- Generate different design approaches to minimize product/process sharpness
- Experience in working from scratch
