ABOUT US
We are hiring Head of Growth Marketing to join our fast-growing marketing team. Initially you will have three direct reports and a direction to scale both their growth. Your team based on your needs and results. You will work with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams. You have to manage strong relationships with software and Ad tech providers.
The ideal applicant is highly collaborative and have excellent problem solving, analytical skills. You are a strategic thinker that can support customer to help achieve marketing and sales goals to improve the customer experience.
You will have an extreme impression on the overall growth. It is also your responsibility to work closely with our market team and supervise the corner to corner marketing strategy for each of our segments.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will generate the revenue by guiding the marketing qualified users and improving the corner to corner funnel and marketing lifecycle.
- Involvement in their GTM strategy and developing messaging for each persona.
- As a head of growth marketing you will work with our partners to assist them strategize, plan and implement successful digital campaigns to fulfill their targets.
- You will be responsible to measure, experiment and report performance and activities.
- manage, train and select a growing team of inbound, outbound and digital marketers.
- 7-8 years’ experience of delivering user growth through marketing channels.
- You have a verifiable track record of delivering growth and working experience towards targets in another B2B/B2C company
- Strong experience required in B2C/B2B marketing automation and you must be confident in crafting workflows and processes together with technical specialists.
- Expertise in data and experimentation.
- You know about the distractions and your point of focus in a constantly evolving environment.
- Capable to prioritize between short-term demands and long-term needs.
- You are capable to take initiative with a bias towards action .
- Superb organization and project management skills and the capable to handle multiple complex projects at once.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to managed and coach a small team.
- Speak excellent German and fluent English.
