Looking For

We seek a highly motivated and skilled team player for Guest Services Manager Seat to join our guest and booking services team. As a member of this team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional guest support by promptly addressing their queries and verifying and responding to booking requests.
Additionally, you will be able to work on various administrative, marketing, sales, or research tasks based on your interests and expertise. Despite the relatively low volume of inquiries, we believe in keeping our team members engaged and challenged so that these tasks will be assigned according to your unique skillset and strengths.

Shift

Guest Services Manager is a full-time position requiring you to be available on weekdays to work from your computer. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring calls and messages from your phone over the weekends. Please note that weekend shifts are typically quiet, with only 1-2 letters expected per shift.

The position requires two shifts: 8 am – 4 pm and 4 pm – 12 am, following New York City time.
The monthly salary range for this role is $1,500 to $2,500, commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a hotel or Airbnb guest services.
Possess a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20mbps and a backup internet connection in case of power outages.
Must have access to a laptop and cell phone capable of supporting the latest versions of iGMS and Line2
A composed and quick-thinking personality is essential.
Should have the ability to think creatively and handle pressure in a fast-paced work environment
Must be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Optional Skills:

Prior experience in sales or marketing is advantageous.
Experience in real estate research or bookkeeping is beneficial.
