Growth Marketing is focused on everything when it comes to get new users to OptioPay. We are hiring an experienced growth analyst to join our team. It is the best IT job. You will have the chance to assist our customers explore OptioPay and our partners through the growth initiatives our team is operating.
YOUR ROLE
- Develop, communicate and implement analytics strategy for Growth Marketing
- Partnership with the different marketing and product stakeholders to design, implement and improve the impression of our growth efforts
- As a growth analyst, you have to operate and inspect large, difficult data sets, convert them into applicable business insights
- Develop and run quantitative analysis and reports for supporting our marketing efforts.
- Develop automated tools and dashboards to create company-wide awareness
- Be the data and analytical head in different projects, while working with teams throughout the growth team
- 4-6 years of experience is required in growth analytics preferably for an Internet company
- Expertise in product analytics and BI tools (eg. GA, Amplitude, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar)
- Expertise in delivering analytical solutions for difficult growth or marketing-related tasks ( business-models quantitative assessment and argumentation for new pricing strategies, etc.)
- project management skills and comprehension of business impact for various solutions
- Experience in statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience in Excel and writing SQL queries.
- working with Python on large data sets
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- BSc/BA in mathematics, statistics and other quantitative fields
