Description

We are looking for an Graduate IT Analyst in Uk to join our team in Ipswich, Suffolk. This position will prepare you for your first step into the business world. Working with a local IT team responsible for multiple global locations, you will gain experience in a variety of IT areas while also participating in projects with the global Textron Specialized Vehicles and Textron Enterprise IT teams.

Role As Graduate IT Analyst in Uk:

As a Graduate IT Analyst in Uk you should Collaborate with functional leaders to identify high-priority business needs and areas where data visualization can provide solutions. Testing application programs and assisting functional teams and users with acceptance testing; Assisting with functional change requests, including problem-solving, designing, and implementing modeling procedures on multiple source systems, including Oracle EBS and SAP ECC and S/4HANA; demonstrate proof of concept; Assisting in the training of user department personnel, including developing their own reports in BI tools;

Manage and transform data from multiple sources using ERP and MES systems, production databases, fleet files, public data, and vehicle telemetry sources including Power Query, DAX, Python, and Scala; Create reports and dashboards in Power BI that clearly present key metrics and easily explain business insights. Reports must comply with internal data modeling and visualization standards, Using cloud resources to monitor data pipelines and respond to any failures that affect the update of production dashboards. Maintaining data integrity to promote trust in BI data models as the single source of truth;

Adhere to all Dev Ops, Change Control, Security, and ITIL practices and regulations; As project leader of your assignments, clearly communicate status and risk to IT leadership, business users, and other IT teams; Ongoing and regular communication with managers/user department personnel, operations/network support personnel, programming staff; Understand emerging technologies and upgrade features for business processes and assist in making implementation recommendations; Conducting break/fix analysis and recommending solutions for related processes; Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop solutions that fit the solution environment.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience Required for Graduate IT Analyst in Uk:

For Graduate IT Analyst in Uk you have to graduated at degree level or equivalent in Computer Science or related subject; Interest in IT technology; Business Intelligence (BI) exposure is preferred. Familiarity with ERP exposure and prioritization concepts; Excellent communication skills; Willing to travel preferred – occasional business travel may be required. Good interpersonal/customer service skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
