Responsibilities
As a Lead working on Line 45’s diverse client projects as a Senior/Lead Software Developer, we seek an individual with a strong passion for motivating and collaborating with fellow developers.
The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical customers and be able to work closely with the team to develop and implement efficient processes and practices.
- Design, develop and oversee a range of applications for both internal and contracted projects as part of Line 45.
- Collaborate with the management and business development teams to prepare proposals, work plans, and project estimates.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation as a Senior/Lead Software Developer
- Aid in recruiting new developers, including writing job descriptions, conducting technical interviews, and contributing to new-hire onboarding.
- Occasionally assist with other aspects of the business as needed, given that we’re a small team and we all contribute to the success of the company.
Qualifications
The desired qualifications for Senior/Lead Software Developer include:
- We are seeking individuals who possess a strong foundation in Computer Science or a related technical field, as evidenced by either an advanced degree or practical experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in object-oriented programming.
- A minimum of 3 years of proficiency in C#/.NET is required for this role.
- We are looking for candidates who have served in a project or team lead role for a minimum of 3 years.
- Experience with relational/SQL databases.
- Experience in full-stack web application development.
