A fast-growing Fintech firm seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to work as a global banking partner to the world’s most innovative enterprises. The new hire will join the team as one of the initial engineering employees and create better the product’s first version. Engineers with a strong product mindset who want to join a Seed stage company and contribute actively are ideal for this role. Remote Full-Stack Engineer working at top US organisations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to identify consumer demands and translate them into software solutions.
  • Write code that follows all industry standards and engineering best practices.
  • Participate in the development and testing of data-driven services and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software designs that fulfil technical and business requirements.
  • Contribute to the application’s technical architecture and implementation.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and develop strong project solutions.
  • Participate in early phases of planning with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that web applications and webpages are fast and responsive.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrable expertise in languages like Java, JavaScript, React, Python, PHP, Node, etc.
  • Passionate about building elegant solutions to technical and client issues
  • Proficiency in info systems and SQL
  • Familiarity with Git/version control/testing in Java
  • Extensive expertise in reassuring software quality, rising the event method, and building ascendable systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to figure full-time (40 hours/week) with a four-hour overlap with America zone
