REQUIREMENTS-FRONTEND ENGINEERING MANAGER
- As a Front-end Engineering Manager, you must have four years of Experience building modern frontend applications, preferably using React
- Two years of Experience required in leading and growing a team of engineers.
- Dedicated and always ready to help engineers thrive and grow in their roles.
- Provide superb ideas of how to run 1:1s with your direct reports
- You must develop the team according to the requirements and help lead a hiring process.
- Maintain a track record of managing engineering teams that provide great products and features.

Bonus points if you have
- Working experience in practicing the Shape Up product development methodology
- Professional Experience in scaling a small engineering team into a few groups and building JS-based mobile apps
- Capable of producing B2B SaaS products
RESPONSIBILITIES-FRONT-END ENGINEERING MANAGER JOB
- As a Front-end engineering manager, you have to manage and grow a team of 4-6 high-performing engineers (US and EU time zones)
- Determined to work with a team of mostly-senior engineers, product managers, and designers to provide great features.
- Maintain and maximize the development processes as the team grows.
- You have to take part in formulating a long-term front-end strategy.
