YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES-FIRST LEVEL OF SUPPORT
- As a first level support in Germany, you will be responsible for strengthening our team at the service desk/help desk.
- You must be available to customers with your colleagues through telephone and email (Monday-Friday)
- Check out all IT issues in the network, server, client, hardware, and software.
- Manage documentation and selection of support requests
- You have to work on different problems and IT topics from daily business yourself.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have completed training or studies in IT as IT specialist for system integration and business IT specialist
- Excellent knowledge of the network and server environment and the area of virtual desktop infrastructure
- High level of service and interest in the job
- Capable of working Independently
- Superb communication skills
