Finance & Administration Assistant (Full-time Permanent)

Location-based from our Norwich offices

Wanted –An experienced Finance and Administration Assistant to join an outstanding creative communications agency offering exceptional events and experiences.

The role Finance & Administration Assistant

As we continue to deliver exceptional virtual, live, and hybrid event experiences for our clients, we are looking to add an additional team member to our busy finance and administration support team.

This opportunity would be suitable for individuals who have previous experience working in a similar finance support role. You will process high-level day-to-day transactions for sales and purchase ledger, banking, and expenses. The role will also assist with other administrative tasks related to the business, such as booking rental cars, ordering office supplies and couriers, and covering for main switchboards. Duties are shared between the team, with members performing some elements as core functions, but all team members provide the core to all elements of the role.

The person

  1. Best experience in processing finance transactions
  2. Experience with Sage accounting software
  3. Good communication, interpersonal and numerical skills
  4. Excellent management and organizational skills
  5. Greater attention to detail and testability
  6. Experienced multi-tasker who can work under pressure.
  7. Problem-solving ability
  8. Good IT skills, including Excel, MS Teams, and databases
  9. Individuals who can work well in a team and independently.
