JOB DESCRIPTION
The responsibilities of Field Marketing Specialist are to plan and implement our marketing and demand generation activities. For this reason, you should have a basic understanding of marketing within a B2B environment and be eager to develop a career within demand generation.
- Develop, implement, and cooperate with other marketing team on marketing programs such as email, social media and digital campaigns
- Develop and generate marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Partner with regional sales to handle account-based marketing activities
- Write, ascertain, and edit content
- Properly manage budgets to optimize return on investment with company goals
QUALIFICATION
- German native speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing, communications
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing
- Effective knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools for example Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics) as well as Asana project management tool
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization with project management skills
