Responsibilities
- Firstly, As a IT Manager make Leads, manage, motivate and develop the Domain IT team
- Secondly, strong focus on building relationships with the global IT and CI communities
- Maintain current knowledge of market and technological trends in web/apps/CRM/Marketing and eCommerce
- Support business colleagues with technical analysis of CI topics
- Align service level expectations of the business with those delivered by the central IT teams
- Drive alignment with Global CI Business, National and International IT community
- Cross-domain and cross-functional alignment
- Moreover ensure preparation of IT/Technical materials for CI participating committees
- National / International landscape inventory, assessment and decommission approach of the legacy portfolio
- Identification of gaps and overlapping capabilities within the CI landscape
- Also provide transparency of business value, concerning IT operating costs and the identification of under performing applications
- Assessment of National Project requests
- Further, Provide support to central IT teams in managing IT Project Governance
- Primary contact from countries regarding central governance of project requests, and liaison with central TMO / Cluster Org functions
Experience
- At least Vast experience in a GM and consulting position, in a business- confronting IT role
- Have initiative responsibilities
- Stakeholder management
- Experience leading a cross-functional team
- Excellent understanding of AGILE concepts, methodology, and experience of working in an AGILE environment in a mature business
- Excellent relationship building in addition
- International stakeholder and senior business leader engagement
- IT Project and Application portfolio management. Able to use a portfolio to steer priorities in IT Project prioritization
- IT Demand Management and project initiation in an AGILE environment
- Last, Roadmap creation in an Omani-Channel business, priority roadmap development in alignment with multiple stakeholders in the IT demand and delivery organizations, and the countries
