JOB DESCRIPTION
- As an executive assistant you will be responsible for confidential secretarial and administrative help.
- You have to design agenda and travel to solve attendee queries. Make sure that meetings run effectively.
- Time management is very important. You have to maintain a diary for the Director to arrange schedules for all meetings
- Dealing with day to day matters on behalf of the Director and make sure the maximum use of the Director’s time.
- Maintain all the expenditure and report on monthly basis.
- You have to train the team by giving advises to them and maintain document processes to maximize department efficiency.
- Find the issues, identify the solution and execute if necessary to stimulate decisions.
