- Command on UX and UI
- Expertise in backend architecture and performance
- 2+ years of expertise in commanding a team, as an engineering manager or lead engineer
- Capable to run sprints, coordinate launches and project deadlines
- Fluency in English
BONUS
- For mobile development expertise required in React Native
- Must be capable to deliver projects in time, handling budgets and dealing with non-technical clients (most important)
- SQL experience needed
- Decision taking skills
