We are hiring a Director of Implementation to join our team who can supervise the planning and coordination which is required to implement and execute our CrateOM software solution.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a director of implementation you have to interact directly with clients, our Engineering and Product teams. You have to manage the process of the client’s implementation projects analyzing requirements. It also includes making of recommendations, identification of project changes and risks factors plus delivery of projects on time and within the budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES-DIRECTOR OF IMPLEMENTATION
- As a director of implementation you have to maintain the track record of building and managing a team of consultants
- You will motivate colleagues to provide the outstanding services
- Supervise the management of execution process from start to end
- Working experience with system integrator partner
- Identification and development of the necessary assets for successful CrateOM solution implementation
- You must have a thorough understanding of our CrateOM solution
- Management of executive client relations for the CrateOM solution
- Design a team of technical SME’s for pre-sales and post sales
- In case of any roadblocks communicate with client immediately. Help them in identification and execution of potential solutions to reduce the risk related to projects.
YOUR SKILLS
- 7-10 years’ experience required in leading projects
- Successfully completed bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- Must have experience in successfully delivering complex software solutions
- Execution of advanced technical solutions
- Expertise in working with other partners like system integrators, ISV’s
- You have the understanding of Project Management methods and their implementation to achieve the goals.
- You must be a strong communicator
- Fluency in English and German.
