About the Director of Growth role

AirDev has reached a crucial point in our journey. As pioneers in the no-code arena, we have dedicated years to developing an exceptional offering for our clients.

We are preparing to expand rapidly and require a capable individual to collaborate with our founders, leading all growth initiatives focused on attracting potential clients to our marketplace business model.
This task presents a unique challenge.
While our potential customer base is vast (most businesses of a specific size require some form of custom software), we must first identify the appropriate niche markets to target and develop the optimal message and marketing funnel for each. In particular, you will:

  1. Develop and execute a diverse marketing strategy across multiple channels, including paid advertising, partnerships, SEO/content creation, email campaigns, and other methods.
  2. Manage marketing efforts targeting different organizations, products, and functions.
  3. Build and lead a marketing team composed of both contractors and full-time employees.
  4. Create repeatable processes that can be scaled as we grow.
  5. Track and analyze various metrics to ensure continual improvement in our marketing efforts.
