As a Production Manager, you will manage the Fulfillment of Web Development, Search Engine Optimization, Customer Relations, and Content Development.  Duties and Responsibilities

• The Production Manager will ensure that our client’s demands and expectations are met on an ongoing basis.
• As a Digital Marketing Production Manager, you will maintain the implementation and completion of each new client launch. 
• You will ensure a complete understanding of the client’s requirements upon launch.
• Organize and coordinate a team meeting
• Manage Teamwork and provide firm deadlines for a clear plan of action 
• Review open projects to ensure on-time and proper completion of each new client launch.
• The Production Manager will check the graphics development and complete the HTML modifications as required.
• Handle the troubleshooting of client issues.
• You will be the central point of contact for questions and support as required. 
• Execute updates and review our new client launch and customer experience process to make sure that our practices are up-to-date

Experience Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Technology or other relevant fields
• Strong background in Web Development, HTML & CSS, Graphics Design (PhotoShop, Illustrator), Search Engine Optimization and Production Management / Team Management
• Must be highly attentive to detail and highly organized.
• Experience of 1-3 years in production management, web development and SEO.
• Always ready to do whatever it takes to get the job done in an organized way.
• Working experience with Project Management Software is a plus point.
