Digital Business Analyst will play a key role in our ambition to maintain outstanding housing services for our residents. Moreover, delivering the projects that improve our services, you’ll, however, be helping us reach our ‘City for All’ objective, where all our residents can live in a borough that enriches their lives and helps them fulfill their potential.
Digital Business Analyst will be a specialist advisor, working with firstly. our product managers secondly, service owners on a range of digital projects that will transform the way we deliver housing. Moreover, you will managing complex change, budgeting, providing strategic leadership and collaborating with contacts across the council. It’s all about developing accessible, reliable, innovative products that can support our users as they deliver key housing services.
On top of this, as a Digital Business Analyst you analyze and map risks for your projects and develop new, valuable partnership both within and outside of the Council.
Above all, you’ll be making a significant impact on our residents’ lives, all while contributing to a high-profile area of council activity.
About You:
You’ll have experience in IT project delivery, user research, change management, procurement and supplier relationship management.
In terms of skills, we’re looking for highly collaborative, customer-driven and analytical candidates with good IT skills and a wide knowledge of digital solutions, financial processes and local government.
