amazee.io is searching for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our globally-distributed team. In this role, you’ll be critical in maintaining and developing our hosting platform and infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of top-quality, secure, and scalable web solutions to our clients.

Work location
This DevOps Engineer job offers the freedom to work remotely, with the only requirement being that you are in an Americas time zone to ensure alignment with the team.
What you’ll be doing
As a DevOps Engineer you must be a all rounder player in the given subjects
- Engage in engineering and architecture topics to improve and develop our cloud products and services.
- Enhance infrastructure performance to ensure we remain at the forefront of cloud offerings.
- Develop and implement features/updates while documenting them for future reference.
- Ensure optimal performance and stability of our platform services.
- Advocate and practice DevOps methods and techniques.
- Could you participate in our On-Call-Rotation?
- Use gifs and emojis for effective communication.

What you’ll bring
- Proficient in Kubernetes with production experience
- Experienced in working with Cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Hands-on experience in designing and engineering microservices
- Knowledge in system engineering using Linux, Nginx, Varnish, MariaDB/MySQL, and PHP with Docker
- Strong communication and documentation skills in English
