Responsibilities-Desktop Engineer II
- You will be responsible for handling level 2 deskside services and manufacturing support that includes problems related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals, including printers and configuration of computers for new users.
- Always ready for physical work related to the computers, such as repairing software and hardware problems and moving workstations.
- Must do Windows upgrade support
- Handle request processing in ServiceNow
- Check out Windows troubleshooting.
- Manage Project Coordination
- Handle Ad hoc requests typical of an IT Support Professional.

What you need to join-Desktop Engineer II Job
- You must have ticketing system experience, preferably ServiceNow
- Expertise in using Active Directory and SCCM
- Working experience with Windows 10 and O365, hardware upgrades, and printer troubleshooting
- Understand troubleshooting software and hardware problems
- Capable of working onsite in Pelham & Queens, NY
- Working experience in MAC Troubleshooting
- A+ Certification is a plus
- Must be Fully Vaccinated.
