RESPONSIBILITIES-DESIGN MANAGER JOB
- As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for direct line management of a local design team and make sure that all efforts lead to creative outcomes that are high-quality and on-brand.
- Establish and elevate our people, practice, and craft.
- Develop a productive partnership with peers
- You have to lead, mentor and grow an awesome UX Design & Business Design team
- Handle everyday operational activities (HR, recruitment, legal, finance, controlling and IT).
- Create an inspiring and positive culture.
- Attend and help plan studio and community events, workshops, and communications as an intive Design ambassador.
- Must consult with and advise senior clients to help frame the challenge at hand, encourage broad thinking, and establish orientation towards the quality of experience.
- You have to lead intive design initiatives within the studio.
- Handle the studio’s design team across key accounts.
- Provide individual and team-level coaching and feedback, and maintain motivation and morale.

REQUIREMENTS
- You must be a self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity, and changing conditions.
- Great leadership skills, and good judgment
- Excellent creative, communication, and analytical skills coupled with strong intellectual and emotional intelligence
- Expertise in Product Design/UX Design/Business Design/Service Design studio environments agency, consultancy
- Fluency in English.
