Responsibilities-Customer Success Manager Job
- As a customer success manager, you have to maintain all business activities by using knowledge of a CRM / CMS, e.g. Zoho CRM / Hubspot / Salesloft / SFDC
- Must help our clients with the launch of their NFT collections and show your expertise in organizing an efficient process
- You will be responsible for bringing improvements to the product by collecting data on clients’ and user experiences, complaints, and suggestions.
- Arrange meetings with clients and identify their requirements so that you can always solve issues
- You must have excellent knowledge about Minteo, how our app works, and the broader use cases for NFTs

Requirements
- You must have three years of experience working in a Customer Success Manager role, and you must know how to focus on client relations with companies and brands.
- Working experience cross-selling / upselling products and services to different clients
- You must manage accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM, including all activity logs and pipelines.
- Capable of solving issues immediately
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- You must be smart enough to connect with people easily.
- Working experience in using CRMs / CMS systems (Zoho, Salesforces, Hubspot, etc.) to track leads, and opportunities
- Ability to manage your time well.
- Must be flexible enough to adapt environment quickly
