As a Customer Service Representative, you will be analyzing customers with processing delivery orders. Main responsibilities include:
- Confirm customer schedule and bookings in deliveries.
- Process customer orders via email and telephone.
- Cooperate with transport companies and warehouses about stock.
- Monitor order discrepancies and problem-solve conditions.
What you will require
- You will be someone who enjoys speaking with different shareholders, building relationships, and offering A1 service.
- Proficiency in a similar customer service job, preferably FMCG.
- Retail and Hospitality industry proficiency will be considered.
- The working day will be Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
- Have extraordinary interpersonal skills.
- Full attention to detail and being able to fulfil deadlines.
