As a CX team member, you will be accountable to our Customer Experience Manager for providing exceptional support to our musician users.

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Experience Agent, you have to do the following things.
- Collaborate with our Product Specialist and Customer Experience Manager to manage a variety of user inquiries.
- Interact with our customers via real-time chat, email, and knowledge base.
- Alert our product and engineering teams of any technical glitches.
- Recognize issues and barriers that users may encounter and assist in creating solutions.
- Apply your knowledge of music production to support our users in realizing their creative aspirations.
