As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in addressing customer inquiries regarding the pricing, availability, and usage of Breg products and services.
Your responsibilities will also include receiving and processing orders from both internal and external customers, including Sales Representatives.
By delivering exceptional service and accurately handling order entries, you will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you will actively address customer concerns, inquiries, requests, and complaints, while also providing suggestive selling solutions to enhance their experience as a Customer Care Representative.

Being Customer Care Representative the candidate will be very busy day because of the following things.
- Receive and accurately enter orders from customers via phone, fax, email, or postal mail
- Utilize product knowledge to provide appropriate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions from customers, Sales Representatives, and patients
- Support inquiries from online sources such as breg.com or BregStore
- Increase revenue by offering suggestive solutions and soft-selling relevant products and accessories
- Make informed decisions within established guidelines to resolve product, freight cost, and warranty-related issues
- Document customer feedback and issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and electronic communication interactions
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict healthcare privacy compliance
What your background will be
- Required: Have High school diploma or equivalent; preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education.
- Highly preferred: 1+ years of experience in a high volume call center
- Preferred: Proficiency in order entry
- Computer proficiency required, including web browsing, internet search, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Technical competence, including the ability to learn new software and systems
