My clients are expanding and are looking for a credit control person to join their small and friendly team.

For the right person it could be the part time (everyday) or full time role.Working from a distance and in their office can be a mix.

Job Description

If you are a hardworking self-motivated team player and would like to help with my client’s debt recovery and credit control service, please read on!

This role will include

Setting up new debtor’s files.

This means submitting different documents such as

:-

• Terms and Conditions
• Proof of debt
• Company Credit Searches
• Debtor and customer contact details

This information will then need to be entered into the system and the first letter sent.

This role will require an adaptive approach to credit control based on clients’ needs.

Other general internal systems may also need to be updated and client leads tracked.

Helping other team members during absenteeism holidays or work fluctuations

Skills Required

Credit control experience

High Level of accuracy

Attention to detail is essential

A knowledge of correct legal identity

A good telephone manner and customer service experience of 2 years

Training will be given.

Flexible with hours but ideally 4 to5 days a week – Monday to Friday

Can work from home when you are fully trained if required.
