  2. We source and screen candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and more.
  3. We work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their needs and the roles they need to fill.
  4. Our team revises job descriptions and specifications in partnership with human resources to source the right talent.
  5. We assess the qualifications of candidates through resume reviews, interviews, reference checks, and other communication methods.
  6. Our team maintains ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to inform them of their application status.

  7. Has over three years of experience in professional recruitment, with a preference for expertise in technology companies.
