Description
As Compliance Officer, you will work closely with the Legal Adviser and Head of Data Privacy to implement and improve BAE Systems Applied Intelligence compliance initiatives, including Information Management, Anti-Bribery and Corruption. Partners and consultants and international data protection.
This role is based on our Guildford head office, but according to our hybrid working approach, an average of one or two days per week can be basically distant with office trips.

What are you doing
Be an important point of contact for daily advice and guidance on compliance questions. Assist in the audit of internal functions. Perform regulatory and policy-based processes including data protection impact assessments, channel partner efficiency, training and help improve applied compliance currency through active changes in event management processes. Collaborate on providing company responsibilities across various compliance systems.
What we are looking for
Prior experience is useful but not necessary in performing compliance. The most important thing is to have an interest and passion in compliance and to be a beginner who is able to work independently, to be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels, including providing training to large groups of employees. With MS Excel and PowerPoint, transform management skills from expert to intermediate detail with experience focusing on improving and developing processes Compliance Officer.
Experience in using document management platforms is useful for the ability to solve problems creatively and systematically, use effective research skills, and divide workflows into tasks and milestones.
