Cellular Telephone Technician Responsibilities:
- Mobile device diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair;
- Repairs are subjecte to quality control and testing to guarantee that they are fully functional.
- Customer inquiries must be resolve and manage.
- Possess the ability to engage positively with consumers both in person and over the phone.
- Multi-tasking ability between repairs and client service;

- Plan the order of operations strategically to guarantee a successful repair;
- Provide quotations and estimates;
- Work on a microscopic board;
- Replacement of a component Solder SMT components by hand, remove and replace through-hole components without damaging the board, and solder wires and cables.
- Diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of mobile devices; identify faults with assembly and documentation
- Able to repair water damage to the logic board.
Requirements for Employment:
- Secondary school graduation is necessary.
- Installers and repairers of telephone and switch networks must complete a three- to a four-year apprenticeship program or a combination of over three years of trade experience and some high school, college, or industry-related education.
- Telecommunications equipment technicians typically need to complete a college electrical and electronics curriculum, as well as several months of on-the-job training, or a three- or four-year apprenticeship program.
