- The business Operations Coordinator is based in a home office and requires availability from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm CST.
- As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for Daktronics’ esteemed customers, providing phone, email, and website assistance to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- You will serve as the representative of Daktronics to our clients and the voice of our customers within the organization.
- Utilizing various communication channels, including phone, email, and our customer portal, you will interact with customers and provide prompt, practical solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Your role will involve coordinating and aligning activities to meet customers’ expectations, and you will need to be skilled at problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
