RESPONSIBILITIES-BUSINESS ANALYST
- As a business analyst, you will work across multiple external customers to find out requirements, define strategic targets, and align them to the product roadmap.
- Create, scope, and explain backlog items that help the Agile software development team.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and dig out the issue statements leading to root cause analysis.
- Develop and collect requirements from stakeholders
- Maintain detailed specifications for the product features so they are clear to the development teams.
- Backlog and user story development with the ability to write user stories for different skill sets
- Must be capable to work across several squads to fulfill the BA role
- Optimize the understanding of Agile practices.

REQUIREMENT
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst, with experience of both startup and enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, and leadership skills.
- Superb knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a great decisive attitude
- Working experience with multi-skilled, cross-functional engineer teams, preferably as part of a professional services team.
- Manage track record of working with technical teams to deliver products to delight users.
